Your usual shop for baby supplies doesn't stock the lolaloo?
Your retailer probably doesn't know about the lolaloo yet because it's only been
in existence for a short time. Tell them about the lolaloo and ask them to get
in touch with us!
What payment options are available?
For buyers in Germany there are four options when paying for the lolaloo:
payment in advance, pre-authorized payment from your bank account, PayPal or payment on delivery.
International buyers can choose between payment in advance and PayPal.
Note: If you choose payment on delivery we will charge an additional service fee of 6 Euro.
You will have to pay another 2 Euro to the parcel courier for the COD-service at delivery.
How will the lolaloo get to me?
We dispatch items using mainly the company Hermes Logistik Gruppe.
Your parcel will be sent to your billing address, unless you give a different delivery address
(e.g. your place of employment) when ordering. If the courier doesn't find you at home between 8am and 7pm,
it is possible for them to leave the parcel with a neighbor. A total of three attempts will be
made to deliver the parcel, after which it will be returned to us.
Your parcel will normally
be delivered on the following working day after ordering at the latest, or after payment of
the invoice balance or receipt of a pre-authorized payment. Delivery time is usually 2 days
for orders within Germany and 3-7 days within the EU.
If you choose "payment on delivery" as your method of payment for orders within Germany,
your lolaloo will be delivered by DHL. If payment on delivery is chosen,
a 2 Euros DHL service charge will be payable to the parcel courier in addition to the invoice price.
Is it possible to collect my lolaloo?
No. Your lolaloo will be sent directly from the stock warehouse-
unfortunately it is not possible to collect from site. Delivery is included in the price.
Can the lolaloo also be delivered abroad?
Yes. We already currently sell the lolaloo to Belgium, France, Germany,
Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom.
More countries are in the pipeline.
What is included in the purchase price?
Included in the purchase price are the lolaloo with built-in battery, attachments,
the packaging and delivery. You will incur no other costs, with the exception of a 6 Euros service
charge to us and a 2 Euros DHL service charge payable to the courier if you choose payment on delivery
for orders within Germany. You will receive
the lolaloo in a package including an AC adapter, a storage pouch and a detailed
instruction manual.
What options do I have when choosing my lolaloo?
You can choose the color of the Velcro fastenings. Opt for either pretty white or dirt-friendly black.
Can I return the lolaloo if I am not satisfied?
If you have bought the lolaloo directly from us, you can return the purchase
within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Please do this by sending the complete
package within the two week time limit to lolaloo GmbH, Sprungschanzenweg 56E,
14169 Berlin, Germany.
Is the lolaloo loud?
No. The lolaloo operates virtually without any sound.
Can the lolaloo rock a baby carriage or stroller at varying speeds?
The speed of the rocking movement is continuously variable by use of a control dial.
A simple adjustment easily accommodates your individual needs.
Which direction does the lolaloo allow a baby carriage or stroller to rock in?
The lolaloo is fixed lengthwise along the handle of the carriage and
creates a rocking movement from side to side which is equivalent to the effect of rocking by hand.
Is the lolaloo suitable for all baby carriages and strollers?
The lolaloo's fixed Velcro fastenings allow for simple attachment to the most
diverse types of handles. Whether a baby carriage or stroller's handles are straight or curved,
the lolaloo can be strapped to them.
Does the lolaloo also work on a crib?
BRIO Bed Rocker turn wooden cribs into cradles for your baby. One
BRIO Bed Rocker is screwed onto each of the four bedposts. A small hole should
be drilled on the bottom of the wooden bedposts for this (e.g. using a cordless
electric screwdriver). The BRIO Bed Rocker are then firmly attached to the bed
using a screw. The bed will stand securely on the BRIO Bed Rocker. The BRIO
Bed Rocker create a flexible crib which can then be rocked from side to side.
If the bed is built so that the lolaloo can be attached
using its Velcro fastenings to the top or bottom end of the bed- which is the case
with most cribs- the lolaloo can then rock the crib as if by hand.
The BRIO Bed Rocker are also available from us as accessories to the lolaloo
in various colors. One set contains 4 pieces, which are required for one crib.
The screws for attaching the Bed Rocker come with the set. You can

How often does the battery need to be changed?
The lolaloo runs on a built-in battery, which is charged using the AC adapter provided.
The battery doesn't need to be removed from the lolaloo for charging. Charging time for an empty battery
can be up to four hours.
How long will the lolaloo run with a full battery?
Usage time depends on the rocking speed selected but is approximately between two and four hours for a new battery.
Does the lolaloo have to be regularly serviced?
The lolaloo is a maintenance-free device. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Where does the name lolaloo come from?
lolaloo is a made-up name. It is partly borrowed from the German lullaby
"La Le Lu- nur der Mann im Mond schaut zu..." but is also a thank you to little Lola,
whose difficulty getting to sleep eventually led to the idea for the lolaloo.
